Suntech iPark
Lancaster New City will offer 17,000 job opportunities for its residents with the introduction of the new Suntech iPark. The first in Cavite, Suntech iPark is a 25-hectare information technology (IT) park that will house business process outsourcing (BPO) buildings and will offer an efficient working environment for the modern day IT professionals.
Lancaster square
Lancaster square is a 6-hectare commercial center with a transport terminal for the convenience of residents and guests. It will house Wellcome Supermarket and Health Wealth Medical Specialists as its major anchors. Moreover, it will have a shopping center, event center and restaurants. Located right in the center of Lancaster New City, there’s no need for your children to travel far just to get an education. No more morning rush, less tress to get to school and more time spent with your family. Last Feb. 2013, another new 4-storey building (Annex) with 32 classroom units was added to give more learning spaces for the students.
Features of the SEIS Annex Building
1. Speech Lab – the Speech Lab is a state-of-the-art facility that will hone students’ communication skills. It is designed to be highly engaging to develop students’ facility of the language.
2. Mini-Auditorium – this 150-seater mini-auditorium is a facility that will enable the hosting of congregations and assemblies of students and other important activities. It will be coupled by acoustic fixtures, digital sound and video equipment.
3. Computer Laboratory – the Computer Laboratory is an extension of the existing computer lab in the present building. There will now be separate computer labs for the grade school and high school levels.
4. Computer Hardware Servicing Laboratory – the computer Hardware Servicing Laboratory is an extension facility of the computer labs. This will be exclusively for the computer hardware troubleshooting and servicing course to be offered to the students as an elective course for high school.
5. Cafeteria- the cafeteria spans almost four classrooms and is designed to provide students with a convenient dining hall during breaks and lunch.
Lancaster Court
Located near the Lancaster Square, the covered Basketball Court can be rented by Homeowners or Outsiders for sports activities and exercises. The covered court is readily available for an enjoyable game of basketball with your friends.
Transport Hub
Traveling is surely made easy thru Lancaster New City’s Transport Hub. Adjacent to The Square, the Transport Hub has yellow and blue shuttles that take guests and residents to the main highways of Cavite or to the different phases of Lancaster New City (LNC).Just last July 18, the SOFT LAUNCH of the Lancaster New City Tap N’ City Transport System MetroLink buses. The MetroLink buses, with the use of E-TAP cards, bring resident passengers and their guests from Lancaster New City Transport Hub to Coastal Mall and vice versa.
Church of the Holy Family
At the heart of Lancaster New City is the Church of the Holy Family. Built in 2012, the church became a place of worship where families attend Sunday Mass, hold their wedding vows and ceremonies, or celebrate the simbang gabi tradition.
